Details of the Job/Internship

Anand and Anand is hiring a Paralegal with experience of 2–5 years to join their office in Chennai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research on intellectual property matters.
• Draft legal documents such as petitions, agreements, and affidavits.
• Manage client files, deadlines, and IPR filings.
• Assist in IP portfolio management and litigation support.
• Handle billing activities, including invoice preparation and tracking.
• Represent clients in IPR hearings and court proceedings.
• Provide legal advice and assist in settlement negotiations.

Eligibility

• 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Skills in legal research, drafting, client interaction, and IPR litigation support.
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Preferred: Prior experience in IPR.

Salary/Stipend
