Details of the Job/Internship

Anantech Ventures Limited is hiring a Paralegal to join their office in Mumbai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare and draft legal documents, contracts, and compliance reports.
• Conduct legal research and summarize findings for internal teams.
• Review legal and business documents to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support ongoing legal proceedings and case management.
• Maintain organized legal records and documentation.
• Assist in correspondence and communication with internal stakeholders and external legal counsel.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or a related discipline.
• Solid understanding of legal principles and document preparation.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage tasks independently and collaboratively.
• Prior experience in a legal or paralegal role is preferred.
