Details of the Job/Internship
Auralex attorneys are hiring for the position of Paralegal with experience of 1+ years to join their Bengaluru office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Collect, organize, and compile company documents, certificates, and other mandatory documentation as required for government tenders.
- Prepare necessary forms and documents as per government tender requirements.
- Coordinate with various internal departments (finance, operations, etc.) to gather required information and documents for tender submissions.
- Maintain an up-to-date repository of company documents for use in tender applications.
- Track the timelines and deadlines for tender submissions, ensuring all submissions are made on time.
- Assist in following up on legal work to be completed.
- Support in the filing of statutory forms and corporate records with government authorities and regulatory bodies (ROC filings, etc.).
- Maintain and update the legal document management system, ensuring all legal documents are properly filed and easily accessible.
- Conduct legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and policies affecting government tenders and corporate operations.
- Provide administrative support to the legal team, including managing correspondence, organizing meetings, and maintaining legal records.
Eligibility
- Education: Diploma or degree in Law or Paralegal Studies.
- Experience: 1+ years of experience as a Paralegal, with a focus on government tenders or corporate legal support.
