Berkovitch & Bouskila, PLLC is hiring Paralegal with the experience of 2 year to join their office in New York.
Role and Responsibilities
- Legal analysis and basic legal research.
- Assist with case management.
- Organize and electronically file pleadings.
- Support attorneys in all aspects of litigation practice.
- Assist with the preparation of commencement documents of an action and discovery demands and responses.
- Assist attorneys in preparing and filing motions and opposition to motions.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 2+ years' as Litigation Legal Assistant or Paralegal.
