Details of the Job/Internship
Bolt Burdon Kemp is hiring a Paralegal to join its specialist Military Claims team.
The role includes supporting a caseload of complex and challenging multi-track clinical negligence and personal injury claims, conducting legal research, and assisting with marketing campaigns. The firm provides training, supervision and responsibility aligned with experience, within a friendly and flexible work environment. Trainee solicitors are selected internally based on suitability and business needs.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assisting with a caseload of complex and challenging multi-track clinical negligence and personal injury claims.
- Carrying out legal research.
- Supporting marketing campaigns.
Eligibility
- A 2:1 degree or higher.
- A strong interest in developing a career in personal injury and clinical negligence.
- Previous litigation or legal experience is advantageous but not essential.
- Hard-working, energetic and sociable, with strong IT, administrative and research skills.
