BuildingBlocks Software Services is hiring a Paralegal with a minimum of 2 years of experience in lease abstraction to join their team in Chennai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Abstract key information from lease agreements using specified templates.
- Analyze lease and financial data including CAM, taxes, insurance, and rent.
- Ensure accuracy in extracting and documenting critical lease information.
- Collaborate in a global team and manage individual responsibilities.
- Prepare SOPs and process documentation when required.
Eligibility
- Qualified in UG/PG in Law.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in lease abstraction.
- Strong command of legal and financial terminology related to lease agreements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
