BuildingBlocks Software Services is hiring a Paralegal with a minimum of 2 years of experience in lease abstraction to join their team in Chennai.

Role and Responsibilities

• Abstract key information from lease agreements using specified templates.
• Analyze lease and financial data including CAM, taxes, insurance, and rent.
• Ensure accuracy in extracting and documenting critical lease information.
• Collaborate in a global team and manage individual responsibilities.
• Prepare SOPs and process documentation when required.

Eligibility

• Qualified in UG/PG in Law.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in lease abstraction.
• Strong command of legal and financial terminology related to lease agreements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Salary/Stipend
