Details of the Job/Internship
Clergy & Wisemen LLP is hiring a Paralegal with 2+ years of experience to join their office in New Delhi. This is a full-time, on-site role focused on managing Pan-India litigation trackers and corporate databases. The position involves maintaining case data, updating hearing dates and orders, managing contract lifecycle sheets, tracking licenses and filings, monitoring court diaries, managing the litigation calendar, and organizing case files.
Role and Responsibilities
- Managing master data for litigation matters across India.
- Coordinating with local counsels for updates and orders.
- Maintaining external and internal litigation trackers.
- Managing CLM sheets and updating corporate compliance statuses.
- Tracking licenses, filings, and regulatory compliances.
- Monitoring court diaries and cause lists.
- Managing the firm’s litigation calendar.
- Organizing digital and physical case files.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Paralegal Studies.
- 2+ years of experience in a law firm or administrative role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong command of English (written/spoken) and Hindi (spoken).
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to New Delhi.
