Details of the Job/Internship

The company is hiring a Paralegal with 3–5 years of experience to join its legal team in Dubai. The role involves supporting legal operations, ensuring compliance with local and international telecom and technology laws.

Role and Responsibilities

• Provide legal and administrative support to the Legal Counsel and team.
• Draft, review, and proofread NDAs, service agreements, supplier contracts, and licensing documents.
• Maintain and organize contract databases and templates.
• Support regulatory filings and compliance reporting under UAE and international telecom laws.
• Conduct legal research on telecom regulations, data protection, corporate governance, and commercial law.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure legal compliance.
• Manage external counsel and track associated costs.
• Assist in dispute resolution by preparing summaries and maintaining case files.
• Ensure timely renewal of trade licenses and registrations.
• Contribute to improving internal legal processes and policies.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LL.B. or equivalent).
• 3–5 years of experience as a paralegal or legal executive, preferably in an international organization or telecoms/technology sector.
• Strong understanding of UAE commercial law and regulatory frameworks.
• Experience with cross-border contracts and multinational transactions.
• Excellent research, drafting, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
• Skilled in Microsoft Office and legal document management tools.

Salary/Stipend
