DWF is hiring a Paralegal to join their office in England.
Role and Responsibilities
- To proactively manage and progress own workload in line with service level agreements, best practices and internal policies and processes.
- To work flexibly in adjusting to changes in priority of workload.
- Awareness of relevant client strategies and ensuring implementation on cases/projects.
- Achievement of individual KPIs and contribution to team performance at a high level, including financial and non-financial measures where applicable.
- Exercise expertise in the delivery of work for clients and act as a source of technical knowledge on subject matter within the team.
- To research solutions to problems/issues on cases/projects to develop your technical knowledge.
- To deliver revenue for the team through existing business activity and developing own professional network.
- To contribute to Bid Development cycles as appropriate.
- Full engagement in the Firm's Performance Review cycle.
Eligibility
- Knowledge of the Civil Procedure Rules.
- Experience working or thriving in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent attention to detail to be able to carefully analyze information.
- High level of financial and commercial awareness.
- Proven track record of success both in terms of financial results and client service.
- Ability to build effective professional relationships both with external clients and internal colleagues.
- Flexibility and adaptability in your attitude and approach to work.
- Business acumen and an understanding of the client's needs.
- Computer literate including proficient use of Microsoft Office.
Salary/Stipend
