Details of the Job/Internship
They are hiring a Paralegal with at least one year of experience, specifically in corporate legal support. This role is focused on documentation, compliance, and contract drafting—not litigation or case filing. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Indian regulations applicable to companies and have a sharp, analytical mindset.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review agreements, NDAs, and other legal documents.
- Ensure corporate and regulatory compliance as per Indian laws.
- Conduct legal research related to company operations and risk management.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date legal documentation and records.
- Support internal teams with legal inputs for business activities.
- Monitor regulatory updates and ensure timely internal alignment.
Eligibility
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a corporate or legal documentation role.
- Strong knowledge of Indian regulatory requirements for businesses.
- Proven experience in legal drafting and document handling.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Analytical approach with the ability to assess risk in documents and processes.
- Comfortable working independently in a structured, documentation-heavy environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or Company Secretary or a related field.
- Prior experience in an in-house legal/compliance team.
