Details of the Job/Internship
G MASS Consulting is hiring a Paralegal with experience of 1+ year to join their office in London. The role involves working with a legal technology firm supporting an investment banking client based in Central London. This is an initial six-month contract with the possibility of extension and offers a hybrid working model with three days in the office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Utilise legal knowledge to support the codification of complex agreements such as ISDA and GMRA.
- Manage the client journey from inception through project delivery and business-as-usual operations.
- Work as part of a team and provide direction and support where necessary.
- Collaborate with clients to capture and address their specific requirements during implementation.
Eligibility
- 1+ years of experience as a Paralegal in documentation review.
- Experience in Legal Operations, Legal Onboarding, and Contract Negotiation is desirable.
- Exposure to capital markets legal contracts such as ISDA, CSA, GMRA, and GMSLA is desirable.
- A degree in Law is desired.
- Clear and professional communication skills.
