Details of the Job/Internship

IQ BackOffice is hiring a Paralegal to join their office in the Philippines.

Role and Responsibilities

• Answer and reply to leads by phone, email, and in online portals;
• Answer basic questions about the legal representation, process, and fee structure;
• Using templates, modify and explain consultation scheduling procedures;
• Sell consultations to the leads by explaining the process, and consultation terms, and providing a link for scheduling.: See info here: https://www.islawfirm.com/consultation-frequently-asked-questions/
• Create matters in CRM (Clio Grow), make follow-ups, and recommendations to the staff, and take the leads through each step of the firm's CRM.
• Communicate with the supervising attorney, and make recommendations, and updates.

Eligibility

• Basic knowledge or understanding of US immigration procedures.
• Sales skills.
• Marketing skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Foreign language proficiency is a plus.
• Prior CRM experience.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
