Details of the Job/Internship

Juno is hiring a Conveyancing Paralegal with at least 2 years of experience to join their team in a remote capacity.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle freehold and leasehold sale, purchase, and remortgage transactions.
• Conduct title checks on freehold properties independently.
• Use legal technology tools to deliver efficient services.
• Identify and resolve client issues proactively.
• Maintain clear and jargon-free communication with clients and partners.
• Collaborate with designers and developers to improve tools and processes.

Eligibility

• Minimum 2 years of experience in residential conveyancing.
• Ability to independently title check freehold titles.
• Experience with leasehold files (preferred).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in legal technology and innovation.

Salary/Stipend
