Details of the Job/Internship

K&S Partners is hiring a Paralegal with 4+ years of experience to join its Trademark Team in Gurgaon.

Role and Responsibilities

• Handle processes before the Trademark Office.
• Assist attorneys in trademark searches.
• Draft and prepare affidavits of use.
• Manage applications, oppositions, and rectifications under the Trademarks Rules, 2017.
• Independently correspond with clients and provide timely updates.
• Collaborate effectively with team members.

Eligibility

• Minimum 4 years of experience in trademark-related work.
• Familiarity with Trademark Office processes and Trademarks Rules, 2017.
• Strong knowledge of applications, oppositions, and rectifications.
• Excellent drafting and client communication skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Salary/Stipend
