Legally.io is hiring a Paralegal with strong drafting experience for a contract-based remote role.

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare and draft legal documents.
• Conduct thorough legal research.
• Review documents to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams.
• Maintain high standards in documentation and legal processes.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or equivalent field is preferred.
• Strong expertise in legal drafting, research, and document review.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Familiarity with various legal systems and jurisdictions is beneficial.
• Prior experience in a paralegal or drafting-focused role is advantageous.
