Details of the Job/Internship

Mammoet India is hiring an In-House Paralegal with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join their legal team in Mumbai. 

Role and Responsibilities

• Review and file legal documents such as board resolutions and key corporate records.
• Assist in preparing agendas, minutes, and resolutions for board and shareholder meetings.
• Maintain and organize legal files and statutory records.
• Coordinate notarisation, apostille, and attestation requirements.
• Liaise with auditors, regulators, and shareholders.
• Support corporate transactions, M&A, and other strategic initiatives.
• Stay updated on corporate governance requirements in Middle East and Asia-Pacific jurisdictions.
• Perform legal administrative duties like scanning, filing, and document handling.

Eligibility

• Qualification in Paralegal Studies, Corporate Secretarial, or related field.
• Paralegal certification preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant in-house or corporate paralegal experience.
• Strong understanding of legal terminology and procedures.
• Proficient in legal research tools and documentation.
• High attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Knowledge of corporate governance in a multinational setting.
