Details of the Job/Internship
Meditab Software is hiring a Paralegal with 2–3 years of experience to support its legal department.
Role and Responsibilities
- Draft and review US-based contracts and legal documents.
- Review, track, and monitor legislation affecting the company’s products and processes.
- Provide updates and summaries of new legislation or regulations impacting the business.
- Assist in implementing contract changes to comply with applicable legislation and regulations.
- Provide support for litigation, mediation, arbitration, and responses to complaints.
- Renew and maintain company licensing requirements.
- Draft, file, and manage business entity documents for corporations, LLCs, and partnerships with state agencies.
- Draft legal correspondence, contracts, and other legal documentation.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Paralegal certification is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using virtual data rooms for document organisation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience billing time.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail with organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Experience working with US-based companies.
