Details of the Job/Internship
Millennium Hotels and Resorts MEA is hiring a Paralegal to join their office in Dubai.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing, reviewing, and organizing legal documents, contracts, and agreements.
- Research legal and regulatory matters relevant to the company’s operations in the region.
- Support the legal team in managing compliance with local regulations and company policies.
- Maintain and update corporate records, including resolutions, board minutes, and other key documents.
- Track and manage contract lifecycles, ensuring timely renewals and identifying any compliance issues.
- Prepare documentation and liaise with external counsel for litigation and regulatory filings.
- Organize and maintain legal files and databases for easy access and retrieval.
- Conduct initial document reviews to identify any issues or discrepancies, escalating to legal counsel as needed.
- Assist with due diligence processes, document preparation, and administrative support for corporate transactions.
- Coordinate with internal departments to obtain and provide information for legal and compliance matters.
- Prepare summaries, reports, and other documentation to keep the legal team and management informed of ongoing matters.
- Assist in the drafting and review of routine legal correspondence and documents.
- Support the legal team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and managing travel arrangements as needed.
