Mohr Partners Inc. is hiring for the position of a Paralegal to join their office remotely.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare legal documents such as contracts, offers, and NDAs.
- Track and manage legal cases and documentation.
- Assist in data quality control and input for national licensing.
- Manage legal documentation and correspondence with strict confidentiality.
- Monitor, assign, and track tasks using Microsoft Teams.
- Ensure deadlines are met and streamline workflows.
- Develop process manuals and flowcharts for operational efficiency.
- Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and correspondence.
- Maintain accurate administrative records and track document retention schedules.
- Serve as a professional point of contact for clients and candidates.
- Respond to inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.
Eligibility
- Previous experience in office administration, paralegal, or a similar role.
- Strong computer literacy with the ability to adapt to new software quickly.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Exceptional organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and adaptability.
