Details of the Job/Internship

Murthy Immigration Services Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Paralegal to join its office in Chennai. This is a full-time, on-site role. The Paralegal will be responsible for preparing legal documents, conducting research, reviewing case files, ensuring compliance with immigration laws, supporting visa applications, assisting with document collection and review, coordinating with clients, and collaborating with legal professionals while maintaining consistent client communication.

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare and draft immigration-related legal documents.
• Conduct legal research to support immigration cases.
• Review case documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to applicable immigration laws and procedures.
• Support visa applications and assist in document collection and review.
• Coordinate with clients and provide guidance throughout the immigration process.
• Collaborate with legal professionals and maintain regular client communication.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s degree in English Literature or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of law and expertise in legal document preparation.
• Proficiency in document review with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to conduct comprehensive legal research to support immigration cases.
• Excellent communication skills for client interaction and teamwork.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software tools.
• Prior experience in immigration services or legal support is an advantage.
