NEXUS CONSULTING SOLUTIONS is hiring a Paralegal for its International Platform team based in Mumbai. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday role with working hours from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, offering a take-home salary of up to ₹45,000 per month (on TeamLease payroll).
Role and Responsibilities
- Support legal process improvement across multiple markets in the International Commercial Division.
- Identify and implement efficiencies in legal operations, including the use of AI and client tools.
- Develop and maintain contract templates, self-service portals, and other legal support resources.
- Manage vendor onboarding, documentation, and payment processing.
- Assist in organizing and delivering legal and compliance training for business teams.
- Collaborate with attorneys and teams across international jurisdictions such as Europe and Latin America.
- Contribute to administrative streamlining and cross-functional project execution.
Eligibility
- Minimum 5 years of paralegal experience, preferably in a pharmaceutical or multinational corporate legal department.
- Fluency in English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced proficiency in AI tools, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities with a proactive and collaborative approach.
