Pinnacle Group, Inc. is hiring a Paralegal with experience of 3+ Years to join their office in Chennai.
Role and Responsibilities
- service agreements, statements of work, notices and other legal documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and company policies.
- Conduct thorough legal research on various topics, including labor laws, contract law, and other regulatory requirements related to staffing and technology solutions. Provide summarized findings to the legal team.
- Ensure that all business activities and contracts comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies. Assist in maintaining compliance with labor laws, data protection regulations, and other industry-specific regulations.
- Organize and maintain legal files, global contracts, and case documentation. Ensure all legal records are up-to-date and properly filed for easy retrieval, including document collection, preparation and processing.
- Assist with preparing and submitting legal documents for regulatory filings, including those required for corporate governance, licensing, and other compliance matters.
- Provide support in litigation matters, including preparing case files, assisting with discovery, and coordinating with external counsel. Track case progress and deadlines, ensuring timely filings.
- Assist with internal and external audits, ensuring all legal and compliance documentation is in order and up-to-date.
- Liaise with external clients and vendors to ensure contracts are fully executed and legally sound. Follow up on contract renewals, amendments, and terminations. Support change management initiatives, finalize documents, and collect signatures, including using e-signing platforms.
- Identify potential legal and compliance risks early and work with internal teams to proactively address any issues.
- Create and maintain standardized templates, checklists, guidelines, best practices to support contract negotiation and identify opportunities for process improvements and develop solutions to streamline the process
- Collect, organize and maintain legal documents in a confidential and secure manner
- Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate travel for the legal team. Prepare reports and presentations on legal matters for internal stakeholders.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Legal Studies, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Paralegal, preferably within the staffing or technology solutions industry.
- Strong understanding of labor laws, contract law, and general corporate compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage and organize large volumes of documents.
- Proactive mindset, able to anticipate needs and take initiative in resolving issues.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize work effectively.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
