PRIMUS Global Technologies Pvt. Ltd. is hiring for the position of paralegal with 8 years of experience to join their Bengaluru office.
- Shift Timing: 3 P.M to 12 A.M
Role and Responsibilities
- A good Contracting Specialist should ideally embody all the following qualities and skills.
- Perfect command of business law and managed over 180 contracts per year.
- Extensive contracting experience with Master Agreements, SOW/ Statement of Work, Amendments, etc.
- Extensive knowledge of the business sector that the company operates in.
- Good organisational, prioritisation and time-management skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills, communication and the ability to work effectively with team members and customers / suppliers are crucial.
- Unrivaled precision, meticulous attention to detail and a strong work ethics.
- An analytical mind, which is essential for guiding decision making.
- Skilled in diplomacy and drafting, especially in disputes and contract drafting.
Eligibility
- Min. 8 years of experience is required on drafting, negotiating & red lining on the Master Contract Agreement Mandatory.
- Educational Qualification LLB / LLM in any specialization (or) Min. 5 years - Buyer experience on contract management and on Masters.
- Hands on experience in Purchasing and on Contract management is greatly preferred.
