Regalwhiz Law Chambers is hiring a Legal Associate to join their office in Chennai. The role involves assisting with legal research, preparing legal documents, providing consultations, and supporting senior legal professionals in case preparations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist with legal research.
- Prepare legal documents.
- Provide legal consultations.
- Draft and review agreements.
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements.
- Support senior legal professionals in case preparations.
Eligibility
- Knowledge of law and legal issues.
- Experience in legal consulting.
- Skills in legal document preparation.
- Experience assisting advocates in cases.
- Experience in handling company incorporation (Pvt Ltd, LLP, OPC) and post-incorporation tasks.
- Ability to draft ROC filings (AOC-4, MGT-7), board resolutions, and statutory records.
- Strong communication skills.
- Attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
