Details of the Job/Internship

Resolute Corp is hiring a Paralegal with experience of 2+ years to join their office in Ahmedabad.

Role and Responsibilities

• The ideal candidate will support the legal department in various capacities, ensuring compliance, managing documentation, invoicing, expenses and payments,and assisting.
• Monitor and track the status and performance ofcontracts, including renewals, terminations, and amendments.
• Identify and resolve any contract-related issues or disputes, escalating them as needed.
• Control and administer litigation and compliance tools, dashboard, and generate reports.
• Provide all necessary clerical and administrative support for paperwork for litigation management.
• Manage and organize legal documents, Filing and submissions, Contract Management, Litigation and Expense Management Support, Administrative Support, and Cross-Functional Collaboration.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies, Library Science, or a related field.
• Paralegal certification from an accredited institution is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience as a paralegal, preferably in a corporate, law firm, or in-house setting.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
