Richardson Hartley Law is hiring a Paralegal with experience of to join their office in Manchester. The role involves assisting fraud victims in recovering lost funds by interacting with clients, assessing cases, reviewing evidence, and drafting documents as part of the fraud reclaim process. The position also requires liaising with clients, banks, and the Financial Ombudsman Service while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining client confidentiality.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist fraud victims in recovering lost funds.
- Interact with clients, assess cases, and review evidence.
- Draft documents as part of the fraud reclaim process.
- Liaise with clients, banks, and the Financial Ombudsman Service.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and keep clients updated.
- Ensure client confidentiality at all times.
- Act in accordance with regulatory requirements.
- Understand the impact of legislative and regulatory changes on fraud claims.
