Details of the Job/Internship

RNA, Technology and IP Attorneys is hiring a Paralegal for its Patent Team to join its Gurugram office.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct legal research related to patent matters.
• Prepare and review patent-related documents.
• Assist with patent prosecution and compliance requirements.
• Manage document filings and maintain accurate records.
• Coordinate with attorneys and clients on patent-related matters.

Eligibility

• Strong understanding of law and legal procedures, particularly in intellectual property and patents.
• Proficiency in legal document preparation and document review.
• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with legal document management systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field preferred.
• Certification in paralegal studies is an added advantage.

Salary/Stipend
