RNA, Technology and IP Attorneys is hiring a Paralegal to join their office in Gurugram.

Role and Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and finalize legal documents related to trademark disputes.
• Maintain and track deadlines for ongoing matters.
• Conduct legal research and assist attorneys with case preparation.
• Review case files and supporting documentation.
• Communicate with clients to gather information and provide updates.
• Support the legal team in hearings, filings, and dispute resolution processes.

Eligibility

• Academic background in Law (with knowledge of IP preferred).
• Experience in document review, legal drafting, and research.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks under strict deadlines.
• Prior experience as a paralegal is an advantage.
• Proficiency in MS Office and legal research tools.

Salary/Stipend
