Details of the Job/Internship

Saikrishna & Associates is hiring Paralegal with the experience of 3 to 6 years to join their office in Noida.

Role and Responsibilities

• Conducting Trade Mark searches, Preparing and filing trademark/copyright/ design forms with relevant authorities.
• Assist in drafting trademark/copyright/ design prosecution related notices, letters, responses, and correspondence.
• Maintain databases, including monitoring deadlines, renewals and docketing and managing trade mark portfolios.
• Must have ability to maintain relationships and work confidently with people at all levels.
• Coordinate with attorneys and clients for seamless trademark-related operations.

Eligibility

• Bachelor's degree or paralegal certification from an accredited institution.
• 3-6 years progressive work experience as a paralegal at a law firm or in-house dealing in Trademarks, Copyrights and Designs.
• Proficiency in trademark docketing systems and legal research databases.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
• Experience in invoicing/billing.
• Knowledge of trademark procedures and compliance requirements.
