Details of the Job/Internship
Selvam and Selvam is hiring a Paralegal to join its team in Chennai. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Thiruvanmiyur, involving assistance to attorneys in legal documentation, research, filings, and case management, along with coordination with clients and stakeholders.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assisting attorneys with the preparation and review of legal documents.
- Conducting legal research and document review.
- Managing filings and maintaining case details.
- Maintaining organised and accurate documentation.
- Communicating with clients and other stakeholders.
- Supporting legal proceedings and related activities as required.
Eligibility
- Expertise in law and legal document preparation.
- Strong research and document review skills.
- Effective communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
- Ability to work on-site in Thiruvanmiyur, Chennai.
- Proficiency in legal software and tools.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Prior experience in a law firm or legal department is an advantage.
