Details of the Job/Internship

Stellarstart Global is hiring a full-time, remote Paralegal with at least 6 months of experience to support its expanding U.S. litigation and compliance practice.

Role and Responsibilities

• Assist in U.S. civil litigation matters.
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents.
• Utilize PACER for case tracking and management.
• Support GDPR and IP litigation tasks.
• Handle contract-related documentation and processes.
• Manage multiple assignments with accuracy and attention to detail.

Eligibility

• Law graduate with a minimum of 6 months' experience.
• Prior internship or practice experience in civil litigation.
• Familiarity with U.S. litigation fundamentals and PACER.
• Strong legal research and drafting skills.
• Experience with reputed law firms is a plus.
• Must be willing to undergo a structured assessment.

Salary/Stipend

INR 15,000/month
