Synergia Legal is hiring a Paralegal role based in Hyderabad, with flexibility for limited work-from-home arrangements.

Role and Responsibilities

• The Paralegal will assist in the preparation of legal documents, drafting and vetting of commercial contracts, legal research, and document review to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• The role also involves providing general legal support to the team to ensure smooth legal processes and efficient operations.

Eligibility

• Strong knowledge of law and legal frameworks.
• Proficiency in legal document preparation and document review.
• Sound understanding of corporate laws in India.
• Strong grasp of commercial contracts.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to conduct thorough and accurate legal research.
• Detail-oriented approach with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in a paralegal or similar legal support role is an added advantage.

Salary/Stipend
