Details of the Job/Internship
Third Wave Coffee is hiring a Paralegal – Legal Operations with 2–5 years of experience to support legal functions across contracts, leasing, due diligence, and litigation coordination.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting and reviewing lease deeds, leave and license agreements, NDAs, and vendor/service agreements.
- Maintain contract repository and trackers, and monitor renewals and obligations.
- Support leasing and real estate documentation for store onboarding.
- Track rent, deposits, and key commercial terms.
- Coordinate with internal teams and landlords.
- Conduct due diligence by organizing title documents and preparing summaries.
- Highlight risks and missing documentation.
- Maintain litigation trackers and coordinate with external counsels.
- Organize notices, pleadings, and case records.
Eligibility
- LL.B. / B.Com / BBA / B.Sc.
- 2–5 years of experience in legal operations.
- Strong drafting and documentation skills.
- High attention to detail and proficiency in Excel.
- Ability to manage multiple follow-ups.
