Details of the Job/Internship

TopSource Worldwide is hiring for the position of Paralegal to join their Pune office. 

Role and Responsibilities

The role involves researching the EOR licensing regulatory environment, reviewing requirements, legislation, and coordinating with local lawyers globally to assist TSW in the implementation of any required EOR Licensing requirements. 

1. Researching and understanding the EOR licensing regulatory environment. 
2. Reviewing requirements and legislation related to EOR services. 
3. Coordinating with local lawyers globally. 
4. Assisting in the implementation of EOR Licensing requirements. 
5. Expediting and coordinating with the team the issuance of Work Permits (WP) for clients, either directly or indirectly through in-country partners. 
6. Handling other requirements that the entities pertaining to the TSW group may have. 

Eligibility

1. If the candidate has a law degree and a strong foundation in legal research.
2. If the candidate has experience in Employer of Record (EOR) services and is familiar with the coordination of work permits.
