Details of the Job/Internship

Two Circles is hiring a Paralegal to join its team in London on a fixed-term basis. The role offers hands-on exposure across Legal, Finance, and Corporate Development functions, providing corporate and commercial legal support, and assisting with governance, compliance, and financial administration within a fast-growing sports and entertainment business.

Role and Responsibilities

• Supporting the drafting, review, and administration of commercial agreements.
• Managing the contract lifecycle, including approvals, execution, storage, and renewal tracking.
• Maintaining and organising global corporate records, filings, resolutions, and compliance documents.
• Supporting RFP responses and company secretarial duties, including entity management and statutory reporting.
• Conducting legal research and supporting compliance initiatives, including data protection, AML/KYC, and internal policies.
• Liaising with external legal and company secretarial advisors as required.
• Supporting finance and operations stakeholders with compliance-related documentation and record-keeping.

Eligibility

• Previous experience as a paralegal in-house or at a law firm, or strong relevant experience supporting a legal or finance function.
• Legal degree or qualification, with LPC or SQE preferred.
• Exceptional attention to detail with strong written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work through ambiguous issues with a problem-solving mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
• Interest in the sports and entertainment industry is desirable.
• International legal exposure, foreign language skills, or interest in legal technology and innovation is desirable.
