Vidhigya Associates, Advocates is hiring a Paralegal/Long-Term Intern for its M&A, Private Equity, and General Corporate team to join its Mumbai office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Conducting legal research on the Companies Act, FEMA, FDI, ODI, SEBI regulations, and allied commercial laws.
- Assisting in legal due diligence exercises.
- Drafting and vetting ancillary transaction documents, including NDAs, commercial contracts, engagement letters, and resolutions.
- Proofreading transaction documents for formatting, consistency, and cross-referencing.
- Supporting regulatory filings and compliance documentation.
- Assisting, as required, on select assignments with the Capital Markets team.
Eligibility
- Fifth-year student of a five-year law programme.
- Demonstrated interest in corporate law, M&A, and commercial transactions.
