Details of the Job/Internship
Yield Engineering Systems is hiring for the position of Paralegal with 3-6 years of experience to join their office in Coimbatore.
Role and Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain legal docketing, legal mailbox, and intranet legal page.
- Promote and support the adoption of self-service legal templates and documents by internal teams.
- Administer in-house legal tools and databases, including research platforms, records management, and workflow trackers.
- Organize and maintain both electronic and paper filing systems for legal documents, correspondence, and agreements.
- Maintain up-to-date management information systems (MIS) and ensure accuracy of work inflow statistics.
- Handle invoices from external law firms and assist in legal budget management.
- Serve as DocuSign administrator and self-service channel manager for the Legal team.
- Assist with obtaining signatures, filing documents, contract research and comparisons, and basic reporting/analysis.
- Conduct legal research and compile relevant statutes, articles, decisions, and data.
Eligibility
- 3–6 years of experience as a paralegal.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law, Paralegal Studies, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in legal research tools and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, planning, and time management abilities.
- Proven ability to handle multiple priorities in a high-pressure environment.
- A collaborative team player who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and committed to excellence.
- Experience working closely with attorneys and legal teams is preferred.
