Details of the Job/Internship
RAYNE is hiring Paralegals / Junior Lawyers with experience of 1–4 years to join their team in Dubai for secondment opportunities across client organisations.
Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements including MSAs, framework agreements, services, SaaS, licensing, distribution, and supply agreements.
- Support corporate and governance matters, including maintaining records and preparing documentation.
- Provide legal support on transactions, projects, and business initiatives alongside internal teams.
- Identify potential risks, escalate issues where appropriate, and contribute to practical solutions.
- Work effectively in fast-paced in-house environments with strong attention to detail.
Eligibility
- Qualified junior lawyers or experienced paralegals with relevant legal training.
- Typically 1–4 years of experience, flexible depending on profile.
- Experience in private practice and/or in-house environments.
- Proactive, organised, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong commercial understanding and ability to work closely with business teams.
