Details of the Job/Internship

avvocats & partners LLP is hiring 10 skilled Paralegals with a minimum of 1 year of experience to join their expanding team at Mohali, Noida, Bangalore, or Pune.

Role and Responsibilities

• Support U.S. attorneys in managing California Personal Injury (PI) case portfolios.
• Draft and vet detailed demand letters to be sent to insurance providers and opposing counsel.
• Perform comprehensive reviews of medical records and billing statements to calculate damages.
• Handle end-to-end case management, primarily focusing on the pre-litigation stage.
• Maintain proactive client communication and ensure timely follow-ups on case milestones.
• Utilize legal CRMs and case management tools specific to U.S. law firm workflows.
• Ensure all documentation and filings adhere to California state law and firm protocols.

Eligibility

• Minimum 1+ year of experience in Personal Injury (California law experience is highly preferred).
• Prior experience working with U.S.-based law firms (especially Southern California firms).
• Strong understanding of medical records, billing reviews, and demand letter structures.
• Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).
• Must be comfortable working in the PST (Pacific Standard Time) shift.
• Preferred: Licensed Advocate in India (not mandatory but a plus).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment with high attention to detail.
