Details of the Job/Internship
Integreon is hiring full-time Paralegals with fluency in German to support their premium e-commerce client and its growing Law Enforcement Request (LER) team.
Role and Responsibilities
- Review and process domestic and international law enforcement requests.
- Triage incoming requests and analyze legal documents.
- Identify and escalate urgent or problematic requests.
- Create data productions and update information in client systems.
- Monitor queues and conduct follow-ups.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and law enforcement officials.
- Meet defined KPIs, productivity metrics, and quality standards.
Eligibility
- Bachelor’s/Undergraduate law degree or legal conversion.
- 1–3 years of experience in the legal or law enforcement industry.
- Fluency in German.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Strong organizational, administrative, and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, troubleshoot, and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week) between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM UK time.
- Experience with Legal Operations or Legal Process is an asset.
