Details of the Job/Internship

Juris At Work is hiring a Part-Time Legal Associate / Legal Intern to assist in its transactional law practice.

Role and Responsibilities

• Draft and review transactional and investment agreements, including SAFE, Shareholders’, Subscription, and Share Purchase Agreements.
• Prepare and manage grant applications and related documentation.
• Review and maintain investor relations documents, equity paperwork, and cap tables.
• Provide general contractual and due diligence support for cross-border matters.

Eligibility

• Experience or strong internship exposure in corporate and transactional law.
• Prior work with international clients or cross-border documentation preferred.
• Ability to independently draft and review transactional contracts (no basic training provided).
• LPO professionals are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with experience limited to NDAs or Service Agreements need not apply.

Salary/Stipend
