Details of the Job/Internship
Juris Prime Law Services is seeking a Partner – Corporate and Commercial Practice with 6 years of experience for its Hyderabad office.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage corporate legal matters, including mergers & acquisitions, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, private equity, and securities law transactions.
- Provide expert legal advice on corporate law, regulatory compliance, and commercial contracts.
- Develop and nurture client relationships by offering strategic, high-level legal solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Supervise, mentor, and guide a team of associates and junior lawyers, ensuring professional growth and excellence.
- Represent the firm at industry events, seminars, and client presentations to enhance market visibility and client engagement.
- Collaborate with other partners to contribute to the overall growth, profitability, and strategic direction of the firm.
Eligibility
- Extensive Experience: Demonstrated success in corporate law practice with a minimum of 6 years in transactional law, company law, securities regulations, and contract law.
- Leadership & Client Development Skills: Proven ability to attract, retain, and manage key clients and lead legal teams effectively.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to deliver practical, business-focused legal advice and innovative solutions in high-stakes corporate matters.
- Strong Communication & Advocacy: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Educational & Professional Background: Law degree from a reputable institution and membership in relevant bar council/associations.
