Details of the Job/Internship
Foresight Law Offices India is hiring a Partner Designate with experience of 9–12 years to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Independently lead and close high-value corporate and M&A transactions.
- Act as a senior advisor on corporate strategy, risk allocation, and anti-corruption compliance.
- Oversee the structuring of complex commercial documents and transaction advisory work.
- Navigate the interface between legal requirements and investment banking interests.
- Drive practice development and expand the firm's corporate client base.
- Provide strategic direction to the team and manage the firm’s most critical client engagements.
Eligibility
- 9–12 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Proven ability to independently lead and successfully close major transactions.
- Extensive experience across corporate advisory and risk management.
- Portable book of business is preferred.
- Exposure to corporate strategy advisory and anti-corruption compliance is essential.
