Details of the Job/Internship
Hammurabi & Solomon Partners is hiring a Partner Designate with 10 years of experience to join their office in Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Lead and manage litigation and dispute resolution matters before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, arbitral tribunals, and other judicial forums.
- Provide strategic legal counsel to clients on complex disputes across diverse industries.
- Draft, review, and finalize pleadings, petitions, applications, and other litigation documents with precision and clarity.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of civil, commercial, corporate, and arbitration laws.
- Exhibit strong leadership and team-building skills, mentoring junior lawyers and associates.
- Build and maintain client relationships, contributing to business development and client retention.
- Represent the firm in high-level client meetings, conferences, and industry forums, enhancing the firm’s brand and visibility.
