Bridge Counsels is hiring a Partner – Fractional General Counsel Services with 5-10 years of experience to join their office in New Delhi.
Role and Responsibilities
- Act as a Fractional General Counsel for multiple clients, offering day-to-day legal advisory on corporate and commercial matters.
- Provide corporate governance, risk management, and compliance solutions tailored to business needs.
- Draft, negotiate, and review commercial contracts, investment agreements, and joint venture structures.
- Advise on M&A transactions, business structuring, and regulatory compliance.
- Guide clients on employment law, intellectual property, and dispute resolution strategies.
- Support business leaders by identifying legal risks and opportunities, ensuring businesses operate within legal frameworks.
- Develop and maintain long-term client relationships, acting as a trusted strategic legal advisor.
- Assist in business development and expansion of the firm’s Fractional GC services.
Eligibility
- A qualified corporate lawyer with 5-10 years of experience in corporate, commercial, and transactional law.
- Experienced in general counsel/advisory roles, having worked closely with businesses in legal and strategic capacities.
- Skilled in contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation.
- Business-minded with the ability to provide practical, commercially viable legal advice.
- Comfortable handling multiple client engagements and working in a flexible, dynamic environment.
- A proactive and solutions-driven legal professional with a passion for helping businesses grow.
