Details of the Job/Internship

Cornerstone Law is hiring a Partner - General Corporate with 7 years of experience to join them in Chennai office. 

Role and Responsibilities

The Partner will be responsible for overseeing general corporate and real estate matters. This role will be primarily based in Bangalore with flexibility for remote work. The position is for an ambitious lawyer willing to take the risk of growing an independent portfolio of clients, while having access to a ready clientele for consistent work.

Eligibility

• Bachelors Degree from a Law School of Repute.
• Experience in M&A, Joint Ventures, General Corporate and Real Estate.
• Strong legal research and analytical skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Membership in the Bar Council of India.

Salary/Stipend
