Details of the Job/Internship

KRIA Law seeks an experienced and dynamic Partner to Lead and Expand our Patent & Design Practice. This is a Leadership role, offering the opportunity to Lead a team, Manage key client relationships, and Drive growth within the firm’s Patent & Designs division.

Role and Responsibilities

• Leadership & Mentoring of the team.
• Patents & Designs Portfolio Management.
• Business Development.
• Technical Expertise particularly in the field of Mechanical, Electronics, and ICT.
• Legal Expertise in Patent Contentious & Litigation.

Eligibility

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science/Engineering (particularly Mechanical, Electronics, and ICT).
• LL.B. or equivalent legal qualification.
• Registered Indian Patent Agent.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience (Law firm experience preferred) in patent drafting, prosecution, and litigation, with a proven track record of leadership.
