Details of the Job/Internship
Greenfinch Global Consulting Pvt. Ltd. is hiring a Partner (Regional Legal Manager) with experience of 7–8 years to join their offices across India.
Role and Responsibilities
- Scrutiny and due diligence of property/title chain documents.
- Drafting and review of legal/title reports.
- Vetting original property papers for financial services.
- Preparing and analysing Title Search Reports (TSR).
- Business acquisition/collaboration with Banks, NBFCs, FIs, and HFCs.
- Coordinating with sub-registrars, tehsildars, and government authorities.
- Ensuring compliance with BFSI and property law standards.
- Managing legal documentation and coordination with counsels.
- Lead regional teams, oversee compliance, and support escalated legal matters.
Eligibility
- LLB.
- 7–8 years of experience managing regional BFSI legal operations.
- Strong knowledge of property and real estate law.
- Experience in BFSI lending processes.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
- Regional language proficiency is an advantage.
- Ability to travel locally for site/legal verifications.
