Details of the Job/Internship

Legodesk is hiring a Partnerships & Legal Operations Associate with experience of 3–6 years to join their team.

Role and Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard lawyer partners across multiple jurisdictions.
• Manage relationships between clients and lawyer partners, including communication and escalations.
• Ensure timely and accurate flow of case-related documents and instructions.
• Monitor partnership performance and resolve issues to maintain quality and retention.
• Expand the lawyer network across regions and practice areas.
• Coordinate case enablement and ensure smooth execution of mandates.

Eligibility

• LL.B. or equivalent qualification.
• 3–6 years of experience in partnerships, legal operations, legaltech, or legal BPO.
• Working knowledge of SARFAESI, DRT, IBC, or Section 138 proceedings.
• Strong ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and Hindi; regional language is an advantage.
• Existing lawyer network across states is preferred.

Salary/Stipend

Compensation details will be finalized during the interview process with the selected candidate.
